Be a part of the Fish Fry Team!!!
- Food Prep
- Coleslaw Dressing Prep and Friday morning prep and packaging.
- Condiment packaging. Tartar Sauce,Cocktail Sauce,Applesauce. Done on Tuesday to Thursdays after mass.
- Hushpuppy batter prep on Friday morning and Frying that afternoon.
- Green Bean Prep- Friday Morning (7 AM)
- Mac and Cheese Prep- Friday Morning (7 AM)
- Serving line Preparation
- Drive Thru Preparation
- Parking Lot Logistics
- Friday Clean up of Leveque Hall, Fry Shack
- Saturday Clean Up of Fry Shack
Weekly sign up is in the gathering space.

2023 Fish Fry Donation Requests
To prepare for our fish fry this year we are requesting help from the parish with these specific non-perishable items:
- Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
- Velveeta Original Block Cheese (use 24 pounds each Friday)
- Blue Lake Cut Green Beans (use 27 large cans each Friday)
- Cornmeal (use 11 pounds each Friday)
- Garlic Powder
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Salt
If you are interested in weekly donations of perishable items, we are in need of:- Butter (use 6 pounds each Friday)
- Bagged Yellow Onions (use 3 bags each Friday)
- Eggs (use 18 each Friday)
- Buttermilk (use 7 quarts each Friday)
- Milk (use 2.5 gallons of 2% each Friday)
If you wish to donate money toward these items, you may give cash/check to Sara Browne or Pam Saylor. You may also send money via Venmo to @Sara-Browne-11.
